KRISS USA has filed legal actions for the unlawful distribution of unlicensed KRISS Vector replicas. This will be a worldwide action since cases are beeing prepared also against European, Asian and South American entities. Please read their statement below:

February 5, 2018 - Chesapeake, Virginia, USA - KRISS USA, designer and manufacturer of the KRISS® Vector family of firearms and training replicas, has filed the first suits against four firms in Canada for the violation of its intellectual property rights through the unlawful distribution of unlicensed reproductions of the KRISS® Vector automatic electric airsoft gun. Further legal actions are also being prepared against entities in Europe, South America and Asia.

We have, amongst other, fielded communications from individuals who have purchased replica KRISS® Vector AEGs under the guise that it was an officially licensed KRISS® Vector; only to discover that they had paid for an unlicensed reproduction that does not have the full customer support of KRISS USA. We are committed to the healthy growth of airsoft through honest business practices, which is why it is our duty to actively prevent the dissemination of illegitimate products."

We heard a lot about the Krytac KRISS Vector AEG. Announced during IWA 2015, a prototype has been spotted during SHOT SHOW 2016 and expected release by the end of this year (2016). Now there seems to be a copy of the Vector AEG made by A&K Airsoft. Previously, they produced the Magpul Masada ACR AEG without a licence from Magpul PTS (now PTS Syndicate), and were stopped from further releasing without until they took a licence from PTS. Are they making the same mistake again? 

We have reached out to Krytac, which is the airsoft division of KRISS Group, and this is their official response just released:

August 31, 2016 – Chesapeake, Virginia, USA – KRISS USA, developer and manufacturer of the KRISS Vector family of firearms, has been made aware of an unauthorized and unlicensed reproduction of its KRISS Vector SMG in the form of an AEG replica by A&K Airsoft. Despite several official notifications, A&K Airsoft has pursued into the continuation of this project, and is planning release of this unlicensed product.
