First big reveil at Shot Show 2018 is the new Modular Training Weapon from Wolverine Airsoft. They once again show to lead the way in HPA innovation. We have shot a prototype of this item during a private after party at Shot Show 2017. And it was IMPRESSIVE! We are finally able to talk about it and will tell you all about the final production model. Actually it's more like a platform! They claim it will be the perfect HPA Airsoft gun. 

Price point you wonder? It will be around 500-600 USD! Which is attractive :) 

The official announcement tells us: "The MTW platform is designed to be more than just a new product. It was created to be en entire ecosystem in which the customer can use all of our products we have developed over the past few years in seamless harmony.

No more modifications, no more aligment issues, no more low quality AEG bodies. This platform  truly takes pneumatic systems for airsoft to the next level as it unshackles them from the restrictions of being simple aftermarket modifications. Instead the MTW has been designed around all the incredible potential of our HPA technology."

What a day! After a great day at the range we now hit the first day at SHOT SHOW 2017. I will provice a quick walkthrough of day one and will go more indepth when we arrive back the in The Netherlands. It was greating meeting up with old and new friends and getting the SHOT SHOW experience. 

First visit was nearby the Press Room, we were pulled into the Stealh Operator booth. A new holster technology, just 1 holster to carry all of the 26 most popular pistols in the US. Actually it will fit over 150+ handgun models. That was impressive and also very usefull for airsoft! Some of the models include all Glock (except G17L, G34, G35, G41, and G42) as well as the following: Taurus (840, 24/7, 609, PT92, and 809); Ruger (SR Series and P95); Smith & Wesson (Sigma Series, M&P, and P99); Springfield Armory (certain XD and XDM models); H&K (P30, P2000, and VP9); Beretta (PX4, 92, 96, and 90/2); Sig Sauer (P224, P226, P229, and P320); and many more! Next up was Evike and KRISS USA. KRISS strictly seperated the Airsoft division KRYTAC from their real steel counterparts. So nothing interesting at the KRISS booth for us, glad to see several models at the Evike.com booth. Models we are already familiar with. No Vector yet, we need to wait a bit longer till the Krytac Keynote on wednesday 17:00. Evike had some interesting SEEKINS and FALKOR models. They also extended their EMG custom made rails and bodies. Great to see the EMG KAC PDW and their new heavy full metal pistol where they partnered with Salient Arms. This piece is impressive! Evike.com is mostly US oriented, however they do their best to ship their items internationally. Which we had these items in Europe! :)

Arrived at SHOT SHOW Sands Expo today and got our media badges! All ready and set for a great week at Sands Expo Las Veags. Stay tuned for the latest and greatest from the Airsoft industry! We have a lot of appointments to report the latest and greatest to you. We expect a lot from the KRYTAC Keynote, the Airsoft Innovation new grenade teaser and some HPA goodness from ActionSportGames/Wolverine and Polarstar Airsoft (they seem to release a new QD valve).  On our list is also the new DELTA Series by NURPOL. Not to forget some interesting new items from G&G Armament, Redwolf Airsoft and perhaps also TIPPMANN. We will keep you posted!

On monday we will visit Range Day, on Tuesday SHOT SHOW officially starts. Unfortunately we already need to leave on Thursday. However we have plenty of time to cover all airsoft!
