This was a very special day  for Joachim. He was one of the 13 people in his city Waalwijk who was awarded with a Royal Dutch Decoration. He is appointed as Knight in the Order of Orange-Nassau by His Majesty the King of the Netherlands. The Royal Decoration was presented by the mayor of the city. He received this decoration for his volunteer work for the airsoftsport in the Netherlands (NABV) and in Europe (EAA). They also recognized his help for peope who are diagnosed with the terrible auto immune disorder Sarcoidosis. Joachim is the current president of the EAA, founder of the NABV and was over 10 years chairman of the NABV.
